You will receive an ARMS bill. On this bill you will notice a
tariff description labelled ‘Consumer Scheme’:
Domestic
No-one lives in the property and the charges can be 40% higher.
Residential
Correct tariff if you are living in the property.
Next to the tariff, you will see 'Nru. ta’ Residenti' (No of Residents). This is also important, if you are sharing a
property with more people they should be included and the bill will be cheaper.
Simply fill out Form H and send to ARMS – I say
simply, but you may find the landlord will be acting unethically by refusing to
complete the form.
